Hilltops is one of Australia’s newest and most exciting wine regions. Located in the South West, a sloping region of NSW, the vineyards enjoy a high enough altitude to ensure a lengthy ripening period. The Cabernet Sauvignon produced in Hilltops is a beautiful, medium weight wine with a blackberry flavour and firm tannins. The cool climate conditions also favour a fine Shiraz. Successful white wines include Chardonnay, Riesling, Semillon, and Sauvignon Blanc which are both fruity and crisp.
