Our Wines

Rather than importing European wine, we cultivate relationships with Aussie farmers who are passionate producers of Italian and French grapes varieties. Italian white grapes grow perfectly in Australia, producing the likes of Pinot Grigio and ever-popular Prosecco. Italian red grapes are used to produce the delicious Nero d'Avola and Sangiovese and the delightful Montepulciano. We find that French grapes produce the finest Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and crisp Viognier, and there’s no better grape than French red to produce Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, or a heart-warming glass of Pinot Noir.
