Southern Highlands NSW Wines

Part of the Great Dividing Range, The Southern Highlands is approximately 700m in altitude and tends to be cool and humid. The vines sit amongst the peaks and valleys of the New South Wales’ highlands, enjoying a later and longer growing season than their coastal neighbours. The star of the show is certainly Chardonnay, followed by the crisp and clear notes of Sauvignon Blanc and medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon.
