Ceravolo Premium Wines
The Ceravolo vines are grown in the Adelaide Plains or the cooler Adelaide Hills. The estate is nestled amidst cherry orchards and chestnut grove in the Adelaide Hills.
The Adelaide Hills grapes were planted as early as 1839, but it was not until the early 1980's that there was a renaissance for vineyards and winemaking in this region. Grape varieties well suited to the Adelaide Hills are sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, pinot grigio and pinot noir.
Joe works non-stop on the vineyards to produce the best quality fruit across the Plains and Hills. He works with local winemakers closely to deliver balanced and elegant wines that are great by themselves or partner with food beautifully.
